Spending Christmas at this hotel was wonderful! The food was amazing, with top-notch quality and variety for the festive season. The resort was located just a stone's throw from the lake, which was perfect for outdoor activities, and the rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated in a festive style. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay.

The room we were assigned was small, with limited views of the lake, and the walls were quite thin, allowing us to hear noise from the neighboring rooms. , considering the high price we paid for our stay, the facilities were not as modern as expected, with some old-fashioned elements and outdated amenities.

The hotel is housed in an amazing building close enough to Cimitero di Cernobbio. You'll need 10 minutes to walk to Olde England with nice drinks. It was great to be 10 mins walk from Cimitero. Best property we have stayed in❤

Great location - within walking distance to everywhere we needed. The room had a beautiful balcony. There is cafe Poletti, set 200 meters walk away. Ideal place for discovering Como🙂👌

The hotel was an unforgettable luxurious experience, providing exclusive amenities, with attentive staff fulfilling our every need. the location was exceptional, with stunning views of the lake. the room advantages included comfortable and spacious accommodations, private facilities and a well-stocked bar/lounge area. the continental breakfast was delicious with good service and a variety of options.

this did not diminish our overall experience and enjoyment of this hotel.

Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options, from fine dining to casual lunches on the terrace overlooking the lake. the hotel offers a range of facilities, including a pool and a club sandwich that is famously generous in portion size. the rooms are lovely, with some guests even receiving complimentary room upgrades.

Some bathrooms at the hotel may be a bit on the small side.

The view was breathtaking and the rooms were clean and spacious. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is located in a beautiful area with plenty of nearby attractions.

Our experience during Easter was disappointing. the breakfast buffet was disorganized and the food was stale.
